This bathroom has served its purpose for many years, but the time has come to give it a complete overhaul.
We took everything out down the to studs and sub-floor. Removing everything allows us to see any potential hazards behind the walls and to upgrade electrical, plumbing and add insulation where needed.
Once demo is complete, we can begin to put this bathroom back together.
We installed American Orlean tile on the floor. This is a glazed porcelain 6″ x 36″ tile – very durable for a bathroom floor.
Merillat Portrait Series in Cotton finish. This cabinet has a timeless look and comes in either painted or stained. It can be used in either contemporary or traditional spaces. For the counter, we installed Quartz – Color: Reflections. This counter has a 1/4″ radius edge detail. To complete the counter, Deltal faucet – Lahara two handle wide spread faucet and Kohler Ladena rectangle under-mount sink have been installed.
We kept the tub/shower combo in this bathroom. The tile we used on the wall was Anatolia Tile – Mayfair Series – Staturiao Venato Color. To coordinate with the wall tile, we added a beautiful Mosiac from Lunada Bay for the inset and decorative strip around the wall. An inset in the shower area keeps shampoo, soap and conditioner organized. It is beautiful and functional.
This bathroom was long over due for a make over. We were able to use the existing floor plan of the original bathroom and create an entire new space for our client.
